“It is going to be a long battle against Covid-19”, Ben Cowling says
In a podcast program by SCMP, Professor Ben Cowling from School of Public Health, HKU, talked about the changing attitudes on masks, the WHO controversy about the airborne transmission of Covid-19 and forecast the pandemic for 2020.
“I see already Hong Kong people are tired of the public health measures,” Cowling said. “It’s almost like we have to write off the whole of the 2020 as a year to forget. Maybe a large part of 2021 as well…I think a lot of us feel really tired already and we can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel yet.”
