Simple exercise video for children (and adults!) to do at home

The Centre for Sports and Exercise at HKU produced a “Kids Exercise Workout” video.

Kids need at least 60 to 180 minutes of daily exercise. Even when indoors, exercise should be fun and can be done with parents or guardians!

While the Centre For Sports And Exercise has to close its facilities temporarily in response to the pandemic, CSE encourages all staff and students to continue to be physically active. We need to keep our immune systems strong and our body healthy.
